WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM?
If we detect a problem with your property or contracted services while you are away, we will notify you immediately and then care of it, per your direction. If there is an emergency we will take immediate actions to prevent further damage to your property, even if we can’t reach you.
REPORTING OF SERVICES
Reports from each inspection are generated instantly while on-site at your property and archived in the QRIDit dashboard. This allows homeowners access their account and verify that the inspector was at your property, review problems found during the visit with pictures attached, and communicate with SafeGuard Home Watch.
